this package contains 3-4 prenatal sessions (as needed) 

labor and deliver support at the location of your choice (home birth, birth center, hospital) support up to 2 hours afterbirth 

4 postpartum visits & 1 postpartum sessions (3hours in length) for a closing ceremony consistent of recovery and belly binding (optional)
