Planned Cesarean

This package is for the ones who have an already planned , elective or medically necessary cesarean scheduled. 
Consists of 

• 2 prenatal sessions ~to discuss your medical history + birth plan creation (you still have *intuitive* options during C-sections) 
• Labor & delivery support 
• Support up to 2 hours after birth 
• 1-2 (3 hour) postpartum recovery visits.
• yoni steam included 

there is no “right time” to contract services with me, but as soon as you know you want a doula is when you should contact me, so that we can schedule our necessary prenatals (via zoom or in person) and you can recieve access to the necessary materials and paperwork for your journey!
